Buay Nhial is the Chair Advisor and co-founder of NPN, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering global impact and promoting self-sufficiency within the South Sudanese Community. Holding a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University at Buffalo, Buay has a robust background in manufacturing and technology. His career began in 2013 as a Product Development Engineer, and he later advanced to roles including Controls Engineer and Operations/Quality Manager. Throughout his journey, Buay has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to sustainable development.

Beyond his professional career, Buay is deeply passionate about driving positive change on a global scale. His work with NPN reflects his belief in empowering communities to achieve self-sufficiency and creating long-lasting solutions to complex challenges.
