Dr Yol, brings over 30 years of expertise in community development and leadership within the non-profit and public sectors, with a strong background in regulatory and policy formulation for both government and private entities. Dr Yol Currently serve as a consultant for various legal and business organizations across the United States and internationally. In addition to his consultancy work. Dr. Yol is a professional Arabic language interpreter and has been an adjunct faculty member in the Business Department at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul since 2018. 

Dr. Yol plays a vital role in community service as a governing board and financial committee member of Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota, a position he has held since January 2022. He earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Walden University in 2023, focusing his research on small business sustainability and the social impacts of organizations. As an advisor at NPN, Dr. Yol’s insights are invaluable, offering expertise that spans both nonprofit organizations and private sectors. His work is essential in developing communities and improving lives is the driving force of change.
