As the Director of the Impact Mentorship Program (IMP) at NPN, Tesloch is dedicated to fostering leadership development and career advancement for individuals of all ages, while managing numerous projects to assist high school and university students in becoming community leaders. Tesloch's vision for IMP involves leading and collaborating with mentors to empower students and professionals through mentorship, strategic goal setting, and making a positive impact in our communities.

Furthermore, Tesloch completed his education at St. Cloud State University (SCSU) where he focused on Business Management and he has also been recognized for his contributions to the Wall of Inspiration at Albert Lea High School (2014) during his studies. In addition to his work with IMP, he is the Founder of 35Partners, a consulting firm specializing in helping small businesses and early-stage startups scale and thrive.
